Forecasting the Future of Green Theory in the Face of Climate Change in the Arab World

The paper aims at identifying the emergence of "Green Theory" and in International Relations, in order to study the future environmental challenges facing the Arab world from its perspective. To achieve our research objectives, the paper is based on the inductive approach, as it allows for extrapolating the role of "Green Theory" and testing its role in the field of analysis of International Relations. Hence, the research starts from studying the effects of climate change in the Arab world, showing that treating it is inseparable from its governance at the regional and international levels. Then, it comes to the issue of moving from environmental issues to "Green Theory", to present the features of its future in the Arab countries, by examining it in their future strategies and their international governance of climate change challenges.
