This research studies the climate change mitigation policies in Arab countries and the problems posed by their commitment to the implementation of the 2015 Paris Agreement. The importance of the analysis is reflected in the increasing manifestations and risks of the climate crisis in the Arab region, the effectiveness of mitigation measures and policymakers' seriousness in their implementation. The study concluded that the region's embrace of climate summits renewed support for future paths of the energy transition, through Arab countries' raising their ambitions, updating their nationally determined contributions, and considering the climate issue as a matter of survival and existence.
