“Covi-Politics” and its Impact on Shaping the Future of the World and the Arab Region: A Reading of the Reality of International and Arab Scientific Research Policies in the Field of Vaccines and their Futures

This paper highlights the importance for the decision-makers in the Arab countries of being aware of the nature of the current crisis and its expected future developments. Hence, the need to invest in scientific research in medicine and its industry in general, and vaccines in particular. The paper argues that despite the current bleak landscape, there is an opportunity for Arab countries to build a "Covi-political influence" through vaccines. Hence, the research discusses the available options and the differences between them, and the importance of promoting Arab medical scientific research related to corona vaccines and treatment, and directing it in the areas of artificial intelligence, machine learning, nanotechnology, and genomics, and discusses the future dimensions related to the completion of a monitoring and control system, to predict the upcoming pandemics.
