The paper highlights climate changes that pose a serious challenge to Arab countries, including Iraq, ranked as the fifth country at risk from climate change, and suffering from high temperatures in the summer and a lack of rain in the winter, which leads to a water crisis, land drought, and the migration of farmers. This is accompanied by a policy of neighboring countries that also affects it by reducing water supplies to Iraq. The study focuses on the impact of climate change on the water crisis in Iraq, and on future solutions to it. It seeks to forecast the impact of climate change and the repercussions of the water policies of neighboring countries on the water crisis in Iraq, using the descriptive and analytical approach to diagnose the phenomenon of climate change and its impact on the water crisis, and the legal approach to analyze the impact of international treaties and agreements on the commitment of the stakeholders.
