Towards Forecasting the Future of Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Arab countries

Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) represents one of the pillars and drivers of economic development, qualifying skilled labor, revival of the industrial sector, and providing crucial solutions to the challenges of unemployment, Extreme poverty, and highly educational expenses in many countries around the globe. This significance is evident in the Arab countries where TVET experiences numerous shortcomings and inefficiencies. This study tracks the ongoing changing and the new forms of TVET. We investigate investigates the opportunities and challenges that Arab countries are plagued with in the fields of TVET. In its attempts to Forecast the future of TVET, the study emphasizes the importance of learning from international experiences and shedding light on some local potential owned by TVET'S Arabic sector.
